Yeah, I’ve been away for too long. Various health problems (some being chronic), too many excuses. But I’m back in the saddle, only I have to deal with the body I have now, which is totally different than the one I had 2 years ago. I’m way too heavy to run and I don’t have enough endurance for cycling. So I walk. I’m following Start to Walk, a slow step-by-step program resembling the Start to Run program that once turned me into a slow-poke runner.
One day, I will run again. Until then, it’s baby steps, as they say. You need to walk before you can run anyway 🙂
